GE Telaire Duct Mount CO2 Transmitter

GE Telaire T8031 CO2 Duct Mount Transmitter is the smallest package available designed to be installed in HVAC return air ducts. The size of the board and the dimensions of the case have been optimized and mimized to be small enough to place the transmitter in small return air ducts, yet still work as well, if not better then similar products. The Ventostat T8031 product offers a sleek design, a simple analog output, and it is easy to install. The transmitter includes mounting hardware and installation instructions. 

Applications: T8031 CO2 transmitters can be used in a broad range of applications including air quality monitoring in buildings.CO2concentration levels in buildings are monitored to provide an indication of occupancy and to drive a ventilation control strategy. An effective DCV (Demand Controlled Ventilation) strategy will conserve energy and maintain indoor air quality.

GE Telaire T8041 is based on the absorption of light in a gold-plated reflective light pipe or waveguide diffusion gas chamber. A gas permeable PTFE filter prevents particulate and water contamination of the sensor. Light is absorbed in proportion to the CO2concentration and the remaining light is measured and converted into an analog signal.
