Madgetech Hitemp 140-CF High Temperature Data Logger offers more adaptability for seamless integration into canning procedures while retaining the reliable qualities of the HiTemp140 standard.  This High Temperature Data Logger stiff external probe that comes with the HiTemp140-CF can Probe Measurement Range -200 °C to +260 °C (-328 °F to +500 °F) body datalogger cannot exceed 140 °C, and custom probe lengths of up to 7 inches are available. The device has a 32,256 reading capacity. Because of its non-volatile solid-state memory, which records date- and time-stamped readings, data retention is guaranteed even in the event of a battery discharge.

• Password Protection: An optional password may be programmed into the device to restrict access to configuration options. Data may be read out without the password.
